IFAM Insider Newsletter
As the manager of the IFAM Insider newsletter, I was responsible for overseeing the editorial calendar, producing content, and collaborating with various departments to ensure that appropriate information was disseminated to our four primary target audiences. Our goal was to keep our employees updated on the latest Infineon news in the region, and we achieved this by publishing the newsletter on a weekly basis. I am proud of the work we accomplished and the impact it had on our internal communication efforts.
Summer Series Unwind
In the summer of 2021, we had an initiative that aimed to provide employees with a break during the pandemic, and I was part of the team that worked on it. We collaborated with HR to come up with the idea, and I was responsible for designing the artwork, creating the name, and drafting scripts and emails for company-wide dissemination. To make sure that everyone knew about it, I also promoted the initiative in the internal weekly newsletter. It was a great way to show that we care about our employees' well-being and to provide some much-needed relief during a difficult time.
Infineon CSR Volunteer Program
I had the opportunity to work on a project that aligned with my values of corporate responsibility and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. In partnership with an external vendor, I helped develop thank-you kits for employees who participated in our CSR program. To go along with the kits, I designed thank-you notes that encouraged volunteers to share photos of their experiences and spread the word about Infineon's commitment to social responsibility. It was fulfilling to be a part of this initiative, and I hope to continue contributing to similar projects that align with my values.
eMags
We utilized our internal blog platform, eMags, to offer a comprehensive insight into various initiatives and news updates for our employees. I wrote a couple of articles for our internal blog platform, eMags. One focused on Infineon's CSR program and its positive impact, while the other provided an overview from our latest APEC tradeshow involvement. I enjoyed contributing to our platform and keeping our employees informed.
